e4 is our tag for a complex patents-pending multimedia software that we're building to assist in the process of deep learning.

Masters & Disciples
We learn by listening to and interacting with the words and work of those who have already mastered that which we seek to learn. There is no better way to learn than to be apprenticed to a master. The classroom is simply an evolutionary artifact of what was once the context of masters in life and conversation with their disciples.

Masters are hard to find. And once found, hard to be apprenticed to, these days. It is far easier to earn a PhD at a world-class university than it is to find and learn from a true master of that which we seek to learn.

Learning in Community
We look for those pastors, theologians, practitioners who truly exemplify that which they teach. We look for those men and women who don't merely master their material, but are mastered by it. And we invite them into community with a group of 20-40 highly motivated learners for a week - in lecture, in discussion, in community over lunch and dinner.

When theory and practice, principle and life, interact, wisdom emerges.

Technology as Servant
We film it all.

And then we encapsulate this experience in a software framework which we think you'll find serves well as the vessel within which this wisdom is contained.

WIP
e4 is a work in progress. We've only just begun to imagine and create a context within which deep learning is enabled.

We're not in the business of knowledge transfer. We're pursuing wisdom, and life transformation, and learning and living the true life, the good life.
